The Grange Guest House is an 18th Century Grade II Listed Town House

The Grange has recently undergone a complete and sympathetic renovation, maintaining many original features from beamed ceilings to Victorian fireplaces and offers guests an exceptional standard of accommodation and facilities.
All of our rooms have king size or twin beds, duvets and white Egyptian cotton sheets, LCD TV with Freeview, radio alarm with iPOD docking and charging station and a complimentary tea / coffee tray. Heating is via radiators, which you can control through thermostatic valves. Most rooms have beamed ceilings and some have original Victorian fireplaces.

 

Every bedroom has en-suite facilities, including large double power showers heated tiled floors, shaver point, heated towel rails laden with fluffy white towels, together with bathrobes and a selection of complimentary toiletries.

The Grange has 4 double rooms and one large suite, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The dining room is within a new extension and incorporates a glass topped well that used to be in the garden. Using local ingredients and cooked freshly for you each day, our breakfast menu is traditional with daily variations.

We can arrange chilled wine or champagne and chocolates or flowers to be waiting in your room on arrival.

There is a sitting room exclusively for guest use, which has an open fire and will be lit on cooler days. Complimentary tea and cake will be available on arrival. For your convenience, The Grange is a licensed premises and offers a range of wines, spirits and beers for you to enjoy.
In the reception room, a bookcase offers guests reading material with brochures detailing numerous activities and places to visit during your stay.The Grange has WIFI internet access.

The Grange garden offers various seating areas and there are many walking trails close by including Dalby Forest visitor centre, which is only a few miles away through a valley following a brook.

The Grange Guest House is on the High Street, a few minutes walk from the village centre. There is limited parking to the front of the property, though we encourage you to use our large car park at the rear, which can be accessed off South Lane.

A very warm welcome will certainly greet you on your arrival and a helpful service during your stay. Our main aim is to delight our guests with a level of service and facilities that is often difficult to find.

Check in times are between 4-6pm, although arrangements can be made for a later time if needed.

Guest rooms are tidied and beds remade and topped up with refreshments each day.

Individual room keys also unlock the reception door allowing guests unlimited access at all times during their stay.

Guests are asked to vacate their room by 10:00am on the day of their departure, although guests can utilise the Grange facilities through to midday.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit, this being the cost of the first night's stay. Payment can be made by credit/debit cards or cash.
